Getting started

What should I do first?

Choose what you use it for (job search, sales outreach, email marketing) when you sign up, or later under Settings → What you use it for. The dashboard then shows a short checklist: connect your email, add your list, send yourself a test, and go live. Test mode stays on until you go live, so nothing reaches anyone by accident.

How do I add my list?

Import an Excel or CSV file from the Audience (or Leads) page. Any columns are kept, and each one can be used in your emails as a variable. You can also add people one at a time, or collect them with a signup form (Settings → Signup forms).

Connecting your email

Gmail or Google Workspace

Turn on 2-Step Verification for your Google account, then create an app password (Google Account → Security → App passwords) and paste it in Settings → Email accounts. Your normal password won't work, and is never needed.

Outlook, Zoho and other mailboxes

Choose the provider in Settings → Email accounts and paste an app password, or the SMTP details your provider gives you. Use “Test” to check the connection before you send.

Email services for campaigns

Campaigns go through an email service you connect (Amazon SES, SendGrid, Resend, Brevo or Mailgun). It bills you directly. Connect its bounce and complaint webhook (Settings → Tracking & unsubscribe) so bad addresses are blocked automatically.

Sending safely

Why is my daily sending limited?

Every mailbox has its own daily limit, with a warm-up that raises it slowly. New workspaces also send at most 50 emails a day across everything for the first 3 days, then 150, then 500 until day 14. It only rises while few emails bounce or are marked as spam. This protects your mailboxes and everyone else's.

Why was my sending paused?

If more than 5% of your recent emails bounce, or more than 0.3% are marked as spam, sending pauses automatically: those are the limits Gmail and Yahoo hold senders to. Nothing is lost; queued emails wait. Clean your list (Settings → Email checking), then reply to the email we sent you and we'll look at it.

Why is my campaign waiting for review?

The first time you send a campaign to more than 5,000 people, or when its wording looks like phishing, a person from our team checks it first, usually within a day. Links through URL shorteners (bit.ly and similar) or to bare IP addresses are refused: spam filters block them.

Do I need SPF, DKIM and DMARC?

For campaigns, yes: Gmail and Yahoo require them from bulk senders. The campaign wizard checks your domain and tells you exactly which records to add. For one-to-one emails from Gmail or Outlook they're already set up for you.

Plans and billing

Is there a free trial?

Yes: your first paid plan starts with 14 days free. Your card is checked when you start and charged when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

How do I change or cancel my plan?

Settings → Plan & billing. A bigger plan starts at once; a smaller one at the end of the period you've paid for. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of that period, then your workspace moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.

What if a payment fails?

We email you, and the payment is tried again over the next few days. Your plan keeps working for a week meanwhile. If it still can't be charged, the workspace moves to Free until you choose a plan again.

Who handles my card?

Payments are handled by Razorpay. Your card details go to them directly and never reach our servers. Receipts are on your billing page.

Your account

How do I turn on two-factor sign-in?

Settings → Account & security → Turn on two-factor sign-in. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password…), enter the code it shows, and keep the backup codes somewhere safe. Each backup code works once if you lose your phone.

How do I sign out other devices?

Settings → Account & security lists where you're signed in. Sign out one device, or every other device at once. Changing your password also signs out every other device.

How do I export or delete my data?

Settings → Import & export downloads your lists. Settings → Account & security → Delete account removes your account, workspace and files for good (a paid plan is cancelled first).
