Apply by email, from your own inbox
Many good jobs are never posted on a portal. Write a careful application once, personalise it for every company automatically, and keep track of who has answered.
How job seekers use Outreach Desk
Add companies
Import an Excel or CSV list, or add them one at a time. Extra columns like location or team become merge tags.
Write once
Use a ready-made application, or write your own. Company, role and contact name fill in for every email, and the preview shows exactly what each company receives.
Send at a safe pace
Test mode is on until you go live. Emails are spaced out, limited each day and sent from your own mailbox.
Follow up and track
Follow-ups go in the same thread after the days you choose. Replies and bounced addresses are found in your inbox, and the board follows each company through interview and offer.
What you get
Emails that come from you, with your CV attached, are read like any other email, not like a form submission.

- CV attached, with several CVs to choose from
- Cover letters written once and sent as clean PDFs
- Interview dates with calendar reminders
- Follow-ups in the same thread, one or several

Job seekers: common questions
Will my applications go to spam?
Nobody can promise inbox placement, but the app is built to protect you: they come from your own mailbox, with a daily limit, spacing between emails and test mode by default. Personal, relevant emails written to the right person do far better than bulk ones.
Do I need a special email account?
No. Use the mailbox you already have. For Gmail you create an app password, which is stored encrypted and never shown again.
Can I apply to a company that only has a portal?
Yes. Keep it in your list, copy the written email for the application form, and mark it applied when you're done.
