You trust us with access to your mailboxes and your lists. Here is how we keep that trust: what is encrypted, who can see what, and what you can control.
Credentials encrypted
Mailbox passwords, app passwords and service keys are encrypted before they're saved and never shown again. Connect with Google stores no password at all.
Two-factor sign-in
Turn on an authenticator app for your account, with one-time backup codes for when you lose your phone.
Sessions you control
See every device you're signed in on and sign out any of them. Changing your password signs out every other device.
Roles and access
Owner, admin, member and viewer, checked on the server for every request, not just hidden in the screens.
Signed links and webhooks
Tracked links, unsubscribe links and client reports carry signatures. Webhooks we send are signed with HMAC-SHA256, and those we receive are checked.
Scoped API keys
Keys are read-only or read/write, rate-limited, shown once and stored only as a hash.
Your data, your call
Export your lists any time. Deleting your account removes your account, workspace and files.
Abuse prevention
New workspaces ramp up slowly, campaigns that look like phishing are reviewed, and sending pauses when bounces or spam reports climb. That protects you and everyone else's inbox.

Do you read my emails?
No. The app reads your mailbox only to find replies and bounces to the emails it sent, and matches them to your leads.
Where are payments handled?
By Razorpay. Card details go to them directly and never reach our servers.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Our AI assistant uses the APIs of AI services (like Anthropic or Google), whose API terms don't train on what is sent to them. You can also use your own AI key, under your own agreement with that service.
Who else processes my data?
The list of sub-processors names every service involved and what it does.
