Terms of use

Last updated 28 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Outreach Desk (“we”) about your use of Outreach Desk. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you agree on its behalf.

The service

Outreach Desk helps you write, send and track email: applications, one-to-one outreach and campaigns. You connect your own mailbox or email service, and we send on your behalf. We may change, improve or remove features, and we will try to give notice of changes that matter.

Your account

You must give accurate details, keep your password safe and be responsible for what happens in your account. You must be at least 18. Tell us if you think someone else has gained access.

Using it responsibly

Email is easy to abuse, and abuse hurts everyone’s deliverability. You agree to:

  • Follow every law that applies to your email, including anti-spam and data protection laws where you and your recipients are.
  • Only email people you have a lawful reason to contact, and identify yourself accurately, with a real sender name and address.
  • Honour every request to stop. Never remove people from the suppression list unless they asked to hear from you again.
  • Not send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, hateful or harmful content, malware, or phishing.
  • Not use lists obtained without a lawful basis, and not harvest addresses from the web or from other services.
  • Not try to get around the limits, health checks or protections in the service, or interfere with it.

We may pause or limit sending, or suspend an account, if we see signs of abuse, complaints or risk to the service or to other users.

Your content and data

You own your lists, templates, pictures and files. You give us permission to store and process them, and to send email on your behalf, only so we can provide the service. You are responsible for your content and for having the right to use it. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

Mailboxes, email services and other providers

You connect your own mailbox or email service, and its terms apply to you. They may limit or suspend sending, and we are not responsible for what they do. We are not responsible for problems caused by credentials you provided, such as a password that was changed or revoked.

No guarantee of delivery or results

Whether an email reaches an inbox, is opened, answered or leads to a job or a sale depends on many things outside our control. We give you tools to protect your sender reputation, but we do not guarantee delivery, inbox placement or any result. Open tracking in particular is unreliable.

Plans and payment

The service is available on a free plan and on paid plans, monthly or yearly, at the prices shown when you choose one. Payments are handled by our payment provider, Razorpay; your card details go to them and never reach us.

  • Free trial. Your first paid plan starts with a free trial. Your card is checked at the start and charged when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then.
  • Renewal. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
  • Changes. Moving to a bigger plan takes effect straight away. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan & billing. Your plan stays on until the end of the period you have paid for, then your workspace moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted.
  • Failed payments. If a payment fails we will tell you and try again for a few days, keeping your plan on meanwhile. If it still fails, your workspace moves to the free plan.
  • Prices. We may change prices; a change applies from your next period, and we will tell you before it does. Taxes may be added where the law requires them.

If you believe you were charged by mistake, contact us and we will look into it.

Sending limits and reviews

To protect everyone's ability to deliver email, new workspaces have a daily sending limit that rises over the first weeks, sending pauses automatically when too many emails bounce or are marked as spam, and some campaigns are checked by our team before they go out. We may refuse content that is typical of spam or phishing. See the help centre for the details.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the law. When an account is deleted, its data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.

Our responsibility

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost opportunities or lost data, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
