Is cold email allowed?
In many countries a relevant, honest business email with a way to opt out is allowed; in others you need consent first. You are responsible for following the rules where you and your recipients are. The app gives you the tools: an unsubscribe option, a suppression list and limits.
Do the emails come from my own address?
Yes. One-to-one emails are sent through your own mailbox, so they appear in your Sent folder and replies come straight back to you.
How many emails can I send a day?
Each mailbox has its own daily limit that you set (a warm-up raises it slowly). New workspaces also start with a lower daily total while they build a record.
