Several mailboxes and rotation

A workspace can connect up to 10 mailboxes. Each has its own daily limit, an optional warm-up, its own sender name and a health status.

How rotation works

• Choose a mailbox per email, or let the app pick.
• Spacing is kept per mailbox, so more mailboxes means more emails per hour without any one of them sending fast.
• Follow-ups always go from the mailbox that sent the first email, in the same thread.
• A mailbox that can't sign in, reaches its provider's limit or bounces a lot is skipped automatically, and you are told why.
