The inbox

• Replies from every connected mailbox appear in one inbox, matched to the right lead.
• Each reply gets a label: interested, meeting, not now, not interested, wrong person, out of office or unsubscribe (with the AI assistant on).
• Answer in the thread from the app; the reply goes from the same mailbox.
• Assign a conversation to a teammate; it shows under Mine for them.

Replies to campaigns

Campaign emails go out through an email service, which can't receive mail. When a campaign's Reply-to is one of your connected mailboxes, replies to it are found there for 14 days: they show in the inbox, mark the person as replied, and count in the campaign's results. The campaign wizard says whether replies will be tracked.
