Insights shows the reports that fit what you use the app for, each for the last 7, 30 or 90 days.

Outreach results

For one-to-one emails: people contacted, reply rate, positive replies, meetings booked and bounce rate, emails and replies day by day, and the same results by step, by template and version, by mailbox and by follow-up plan. A reply counts for the email it answered.

Email marketing results

For campaigns and automations: your audience and how it grew, new people and people who left, campaign emails, and revenue after a click. Campaigns and automations are compared side by side, with opens, clicks, unsubscribes, orders and revenue per 100 emails. Open a campaign for its full dashboard.

Job applications

For job seekers: which templates, resumes, cover letters and tags led to replies and interviews. Fewer than a handful of sends is too few to trust, so those rows are dimmed.
