Segments
Choose people by what they are and what they did.
A segment is a saved set of rules. Use it to filter the list, as a campaign audience or as an automation trigger.
- Rules on any field: text, choices, tags, numbers, dates, yes/no and your own columns.
- Rules on what people did: clicked in the last 30 days, replied to a campaign, never opened.
- Join rules with all or any, with one level of groups.
Segments update by themselves as people change; you never need to rebuild them.
