What runs on its own

Settings → Automation decides what the app does by itself, in the background, while you're away.

Check for replies and bounces

Every few hours your mailboxes are checked for answers and bounced emails. Statuses, the inbox and the results update on their own. Replies to campaign emails are found too when the campaign's Reply-to is one of your connected mailboxes.

Send follow-ups

Follow-ups go out when they're due, within your sending hours, unless the person replied. Off means you send each one yourself.

Daily summary

An email each morning (at the hour you choose) with what happened since the day before.

Sending hours

Settings → Sending sets the days and hours one-to-one emails go out, in your time zone (or the lead's own), and how many first emails a day.
