Team performance

For the owner and admins: Campaigns → Team performance shows each person's work over 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or a year.

• Leads added, by hand or imported.
• Campaigns they ran, with their open, click, reply and bounce rates.
• One-to-one emails they sent, and the replies.
• Customers won on the leads they look after, and revenue.

The app records who added each lead, who started each campaign and who sent each email (for queued and automatic emails: who queued it, else who looks after the lead). Work from before this was recorded shows as “Not linked to anyone”, never guessed. Click a person to see their campaigns.
