Email services for campaigns

Campaigns to many people go through an email service you connect, never through your personal mailbox. Add one under Settings → Email accounts → Add a campaign service. The service bills you directly.

Bounces and complaints

Connect the service's bounce and complaint webhook (Settings → Tracking & unsubscribe shows the address for each service), so addresses that bounce or complain are blocked automatically.

• Amazon SES: through SNS. Subscribe the address to a topic and send the identity's bounce and complaint notifications to it; the subscription confirms itself.
• SendGrid: Mail Settings → Event Webhook, tick Bounced, Dropped and Spam reports.
• Resend: Webhooks → Add endpoint, choose email.bounced and email.complained.
• Brevo: Transactional → Settings → Webhook, tick Hard bounce and Complaint.
• Mailgun: Sending → Webhooks, for Permanent failure and Spam complaints.
