Sent emails

Sent emails, in the menu, lists every email from the app, newest first. The totals at the top are for what your filters match: sent, opened, clicked, replied and bounced, as rates of delivered emails.

Finding an email

• Search by address, name, company, subject or campaign.
• Filter by type (first email, cold email, follow-up, campaign, automation, answer), by what happened (replied, clicked, opened, not opened, bounced, unsubscribed, marked as spam, failed), by account and by date.
• Test emails are kept apart: choose “With test emails” to see them.

One email

Click an email for its timeline (sent, each open and who made it, each click and its link, a reply or bounce), the links people clicked, its attachments, and a copy of the email exactly as it went out. Open lead takes you to the person.

Exporting

Export downloads what your filters match as a CSV: one line per email with its type, step, version, campaign, account, opens, machine opens, clicks, and when it was replied to, bounced or unsubscribed.
