A campaign's dashboard
Everything one campaign did, against your usual results, and what to do next.
Open a campaign for its dashboard. It updates on its own while the campaign sends.
The numbers
- Delivered, opened, clicked, replied and revenue; click-to-open, bounced, unsubscribed and marked as spam.
- Each rate is of delivered emails and counts people, never machines or scanners.
- “+2.1 pts vs your usual” compares it with the average of your other campaigns of 20 emails or more.
- Revenue counts purchases by people who clicked this campaign in the days before buying (7 unless the campaign says otherwise).
What to do next
Suggestions read from this campaign's results, each with its reason: bounces or spam reports near the limits, rates above or below your usual, the A/B result and how sure it is, the best hour and day for the next one, a mailbox provider far behind the others (often its spam folder), and the link people liked. Some come with an audience for the next campaign, such as the people who clicked or who didn't open, which you can save as a segment in one click.
The rest of the page
- From sent to result: how many got to each step, and how quickly people opened.
- Activity over time: sends, opens, clicks or replies by the hour, then by the day.
- A/B test: each version side by side, the winner, and how sure the difference is.
- By email provider: Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud and company addresses.
- Links and the click map.
- Where people clicked from, by country (clicks only: opens come through mail providers' servers).
- When people engaged, by hour and weekday.
- Recipients: everyone, filtered by what they did (opened, clicked, replied, didn't open, bought, bounced…), searchable and exportable.
