Team and roles
Invite teammates as owner, admin, member or viewer.
- Settings → Team: invite by email.
- Owner: everything, including billing. Admin: everything else, including settings, email accounts, integrations and the team. Member: works with lists, templates, campaigns, automations and the inbox. Viewer: looks and changes nothing.
- Assign leads and conversations; each person sees theirs under Mine.
- Switch between workspaces from the workspace menu.
