The deliverability dashboard

Insights → Deliverability shows, for the last 7, 30 or 90 days: what was sent, bounced, marked as spam, unsubscribed and answered, for the whole workspace, for each sending account and each day, and by the recipient's mailbox provider.

The limits that matter

• Bounces under 2%. Above 5% risks your account being blocked.
• Spam reports under 0.1%. Gmail and Yahoo filter bulk senders above 0.3%.
• Replies are the surest sign your email reaches the inbox.

What needs attention

Warnings, the most serious first, each with a way to fix it: a high bounce rate (check addresses before sending), spam reports, an account that can't send or is resting, a provider whose readers open far less than the rest (often its spam folder: check SPF, DKIM and DMARC), and no tracking domain of your own.
